Bowl of pasta cooked and ready to eat

A lovely lesson where you will be learning to make fresh pasta, starting with the making of your very own handmade pasta dough. Then we will use a pasta machine to roll and cut our lovely pasta including fettuccine. We will make fresh filings and then learn how to shape and make tortellini and ravioli before finishing these off in our homemade sauces before tucking into our delicious handiwork. I will be so impressed with your new skills and this one is high on the fun list.

This is your opportunity to come and learn how to make my easy but absolutely delicious pizza dough, with absolutely no kneading involved. I will show you a wonderful fast and very versatile tomato sauce before moving on to an array of toppings for your pizza to choose from and prepare. To accompany this gorgeous pizza of yours, a tray of soft tear and share garlic dough balls, stuffed with cheese, drenched in the most luscious garlicky butter. You will use these recipes over and over at home as they are a hit with everyone and so so tasty - if you are wondering what to book first  - this is the best lesson to set you up for baking success.

So here it is - the lesson to come and learn to make the chocolate brownies I have become known for. Together with this my incredible vanilla ice cream, involves very little effort, no churning involved and it is a fantastic tasting ice cream.  Then on to our lovely fragrant berry fruity compote and a lovely nutty brittle (nut free options available) two elements that compliments our brownies and ice cream and makes this the ultimate dessert lesson. And I will show you ideas of how to present your gorgeous handiworks. I love this lesson so much.

Come along and learn how delicious Japanese flavours can be in this tasty lesson.  We will be making crunchy and ever so popular Tonkatsu (Katsu)….so delicious. Then I will teach you how to successfully roll and present your very own sushi. We will also be making on trend Okomomiyaki, a marvellous bit of cooking and much loved by the students. And also a lovely restorative Miso broth to accompany this beautiful feast of flavours.
