Fabulous Filo

If you just don’t know what to do with phyllo dough.... today is your chance to learn how to deal with it and also how to make very tasty eats. Bougatsa is a Greek Custard Pie, mine is a savoury version with lots of feta, this is comfort food of the highest order. (I had a Greek Lady tell me mine is better than her mother’s 😮😮🙈) I’ll show you how to make pretty filo cups and give you plenty of ideas on how to use them. Then my chicken, spinach and ricotta pies are crispy golden on the outside and juicy inside, a lovely new addition to lunch. And lastly, my pumpkin scrunchies....which I can hand on heart say I’ve been making for years and years, because all the vegetarians loves them, and it’s a super make ahead meal. Delicious. I’ll see you soon.
