Pasta Making

This is a bucket list lesson - and your chance to come and learn how to make incredible tasting and yet so easy, pasta from scratch. Your investment in this one will pay off big time, not just with all the compliments you will be getting, but also with a set of lifelong cooking skills. So first I will show you how to make fresh pasta dough by hand, then we will use our pasta machine to roll our dough. We will also cut fettuccine, make and shape ravioli and tortellini. We will make the fresh fillings, stuff them and then cook and finish them off in our sauces. A terrific cookery lesson high on skills and fun.
